SHIPPING

When you order products from Napa Valley Bath Co. we do our best to get your shipments to you as soon as possible and in good condition.    We ship in recycled pulp and boxes so please either reuse or recycle once you’ve opened your package.  Please review our shipping policies noted below. 

Our delivery times include the time to package the product and prepare it for pick up PLUS the carrier delivery times. 

TIMING OF INHOUSE PACKAGING

All items are shipped from our fulfillment center in St. Helena, CA. We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require up to 2 business days to ship. The shipment timing is as follows:

Ground Shipping

Orders placed by 5:00p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship within 2 business days.

Second Day/Express Shipping

Orders placed by 1:00pm PST will ship that day.  Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.

Overnight Shipping

Orders placed by 1:00pm PST will ship that day.  Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.

Overnight Shipping on Fridays

Customers can choose Saturday delivery for orders placed by Friday at 1:00pm PST.

DELIVERY TIMING

All of our shipments are shipped via UPS.  There ground service delivery times vary depending on where you are located.  General shipping delivery information is as follows:

Ground Shipping: 7 – 10 Business Days
Second Day Shipping: 2 Business Days
Third Day Shipping: 3 Business Days
Overnight Shipping: Next Business Day
Overnight AM Shipping: Next Business Day before noon

RETURNS

Napa Valley Bath Co. takes great pride in producing and selecting the finest products available. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund.

We do not accept returns of perishable items.

We do not accept returned items that were purchased in one of our retail locations, nor will our retail locations accept returned items purchased from our website.

We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt.

We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have the product back in inventory. If the product does not arrive in good condition to return to stock, then we will not be able to send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase.

Wrap the package well, include the return form found in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.
